| About Daniel's Painting Co. |
I have worked with a master painter for many years before starting my own business. During those years I have myself mastered the painting trade. I don't hesitate to guarantee my work because it is done properly and thoroughly from the prep work to the finishing strokes. Many company's emphasis is on speed, cutting corners, getting the job done and moving on, giving what ever excuse for why there are problems with the paint job. My company is built on a solid reputation. 80% of my clients come from word of mouth and all my clients are happy to give me a reference. I am building my business one client at a time. When the job is done my clients are always satisfied. I have learned from my ex employer that returning business from satisfied customer is the foundation of a successfull business. There is no hidden cost, the job is done properly and on time and you pay the price that was agreed to, nothing more. I know the feeling of having a tradesmen finishing a job and presenting me with a bill way beyond what was discuss. The feeling of being rip-off is not something I enjoy and it is a feeling that I never want to give to any of my clients. I take care of my employees because there are the building blocks that hold a company together and make it successful. My employees are well trained, they are also well supervised. They are reminded that customer satisfaction is the primary goal. Also, all my employees are covered by the Workers Compensation Board-- WCB. They are all trained to work safely. Clean and tidy: my work sites are always kept clean. At the end of each day the worksite is cleaned, the furniture is put back in place. Drop sheets as well as plastic and paper is always used when required. Nothing is left to chance when it comes to paint drops. |
